Mar China Telecoms chooses Aculearn's AcuConference to provide conference services via their portal BizNavigator. Customers will be able to sign up for an account and they are on their way to a media rich web conference.
Jan Aculearn announces the release of AcuStudio and AcuConference Version 4. More advance functions are included. In AcuStudio you can conbine different types of recordings, change video/audio properties during recording and more. May 26 San Diego – AcuSTUDIO™ 2.0 wows attendees at the May 18-22 ASTD International Conference and Exposition in San Diego (http://www.astd.com). With more than 7,000 attendees at this year’s American Society of Training & Development conference, AcuLe@rn takes a novel approach to launching its rich-media creation and delivery suite – by letting the show attendees give the demonstrations. “The major message we wanted to communicate was that AcuLe@rn’s solution suite is as ‘Easy as PIE – where the pieces of the PIE are Personalized, Integrated and Effortless e-learning and e-communications”, said Rick Gaan, US Country Manager for AcuLe@rn. “Volunteers easily created, edited and e-delivered media rich content to a live audience. July 17 AcuLe@rn, a leading local software application developer, has teamed up with HP to deploy iBroadCAST, wireless e-learning solution and Singapore's first live Internet broadcasting solution on HP iPAQ Pocket PC. With iBroadCAST, viewers are able to access materials even on the move. They can view live web broadcasting presentations, enjoy real-time delivery of materials on the HP iPAQ Pocket PC, and are no longer confined to accessing live messages on desktops and laptops. This e-learning solution is implemented at the NTU, as part of its campus-wide e-learning initiative.
July 17 Nanyang Technological University launched new e-Learning and e-Teaching initiatives using AcuLe@rn software as key solution. Software is targeted at professors who wish to humanize their e-learning content with the use of video. It is a content creation system that enables professors to quickly and easily create "talking-head" video presentations synchronized with PowerPoint slides and such video presentations help to pace online lessons, while adding more variety to retain students' interest.
