Video Bit rate Control
Moderator can set an upper limit to the video bitrate when creating the conference session
Participants can choose to send their video at various bitrates, below the maximum set by the Moderator.
Teleprompter
Central teleprompter takes speaker's notes from PowerPoint slide and centrally position it so that your eye view is in line with the webcam.
Teleprompter will scroll at approx 70 words per minute (adjustable) to help you pace your speech.
Content Resources
AcuConference will inspect your slide, copy any hyperlink resource on the local hard disk and change the hyperlink for web access so you can upload to AcuManager without worrying about "page not found" error.
Annotation
Bring up a pointer, marker/highlighter, pen text or input box to enhance your presentation.
Capture any part of your screen, an image from another USB device, bring out a white board or a webpage and make it part of your presentation.
Screen Sharing
One click to share your screen with participants at screen sizes of 640x480, 800x600 or 1024x768
Full Screen
Useful when you have a conference cum audience presentation. Audience sees the presentation like in PowerPoint presentation.
Document Sharing
Upload your presentation slides on the fly during the conference. Big images will be compressed to reduce file size. You also have the option of whether to include embedded and link files in your slides or your original file.
File Transfer
Transfer any file to everybody or anybody and check the status of the file transfer as well as who has received or rejected the file.
Polling
Create questions with single/multiple answers and whether to identify respondents.
Publish the results of the polls.
Chat
Text chat with everybody or anyone in private.

Hyperlink Access System
When you create a session, the system will send you hyperlink via email. There is no need to remember the webpage when joining the conference.
However joining or creating a conference session through a web interface is also available.
NO Peer to Peer Connection
All connections (except AcuStream to AcuStream) are controlled and flow through the AcuManager. You will not get peer to peer connection between users e.g. User A sending a 40MB file to User B,C,D,E,F. Gives you security of mind over the network!
